COMMONWEALTH FUNCTIONS (STATUTES REVIEW) ACT 1981 No. 74 of 1981 - SECT 15
Application of Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act
15. On and after the commencing day, any functions, duties or powers under the
Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979 that would, if
the Authority had not ceased to exist, be required to be performed or be
permitted to be exercised by the Authority shall be performed or may be
exercised, as the case amy be, by the Secretary to the Department of the
Capital Territory.
