COMMONWEALTH FUNCTIONS (STATUTES REVIEW) ACT 1981 No. 74 of 1981 - SECT 13
Consequences of agreement
13. If the Authority enters into an agreement in accordance with section 7,
the Minister shall, as soon after the day referred to in that section as it
appears to him to be appropriate to do so, by notice published in the Gazette,
fix a day on which the Authority is to cease to exist.
