COMMONWEALTH FUNCTIONS (STATUTES REVIEW) ACT 1981 No. 74 of 1981 - SECT 12

12. If, immediately before the day on which rights, property or assets
referred to in sub-paragraph 9 (2) (b) (i) or sub-section 10 (2), as the case
may be, are transferred to a person, the Authority was a party to proceedings
specified in the agreement that were pending in a court, that person is, on
that day, by force of this section, substituted for the Authority as the party
for proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the party for
which that person is substituted.
