COMPLAINTS (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE) ACT 1981 No. 21 of 1981 - SECT 61

61. (1) If the President or a Deputy President ceases to be a person who holds
judicial office, the Governor-General may remove him from office.

(2) The removal from office of the President under sub-section (1) does not
prevent his re-appointment as a member other than the President or a Deputy
President.

(3) The President or a Deputy President shall not be removed from office
except as provided by this section.
