COMPLAINTS (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE) ACT 1981 No. 21 of 1981 - SECT 59

59. (1) A member of the Disciplinary Tribunal, not being the holder of a
judicial office or of an office of Magistrate of a State or Territory, shall
be paid such remuneration as the Remuneration Tribunal determines but, if no
determination of that remuneration by that Tribunal is in operation, he shall
be paid such remuneration as is prescribed.

(2) A member of the Disciplinary Tribunal, not being the holder allowances as
are prescribed.

(3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.
