COMPLAINTS (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE) ACT 1981 No. 21 of 1981 - SECT 58

58. (1) The Governor-General may arrange -

   (a)  with the Governor of a State for the performance by a person who holds
        office as a judge of the Supreme Court of that State; or

   (b)  with the Administrator of the Northern Territory for the performance
        by a person who holds office as a judge of the Supreme Court of that
        Territory, of the functions of the President or of a Deputy President
        of the Disciplinary Tribunal.

(2) The Governor-General may arrange -

   (a)  with the Governor of a State for the performance by a person who holds
        an office of Magistrate of that State; or

   (b)  with the Administrator of the Northern Territory for the performance
        by a person who holds an office of Magistrate of that Territory, of
        the functions of a member, other than the President or a
        Deputy President, of the Disciplinary Tribunal.
