COMPLAINTS (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE) ACT 1981 No. 21 of 1981 - SECT 57

Terms and conditions of appointment

57. Subject to this Part, a member of the Tribunal holds office for such
period, not exceeding 7 years, as is specified in the instrument of his
appointment and on such terms and conditions as the Governor- General
determines, but is eligible for reappointment.
