COMPLAINTS (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE) ACT 1981 No. 21 of 1981 - SECT 54

54. (1) There is hereby established a Tribunal, to be known as the Federal
Police Disciplinary Tribunal.

(2) The Disciplinary Tribunal shall consist of a President and such number of
Deputy Presidents and other members as are appointed in accordance with this
section.

(3) A member of the Disciplinary Tribunal shall be appointed by the
Governor-General.

(4) The Deputy Presidents and other members of the Disciplinary Tribunal have
seniority as Deputy Presidents or other members, respectively, according to
the dates of their appointments.

(5) A person holding office as a member of the Disciplinary Tribunal is not
required to devote the whole of his time to the duties of his office.
