COMPLAINTS (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE) ACT 1981 No. 21 of 1981 - SECT 43

43. The Ombudsman shall establish and maintain a register containing the
prescribed particulars of, or relating to -

   (a)  complaints made to him under this Part and complaints that are to be
        treated as having been so made; and

   (b)  complaints made to members that are notified to him under section 6.
