COMPLAINTS (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE) ACT 1981 No. 21 of 1981 - SECT 13

13. Where a member is charged with an offence or breach of discipline in
accordance with section 11, the Commissioner shall, unless the identity of the
complainant is not known, at the same time as he complies with section 12 in
respect of the charge, notify the complainant, in writing, that the member has
been so charged and furnish to the complainant any comments he wishes to make
in relation to the charge.
