COMPLAINTS (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE) ACT 1981 No. 21 of 1981 - SECT 12
Notification of charges to Ombudsman
12. Where a member is charged with an offence or breach of discipline in
accordance with section 11, the Commissioner shall notify the Ombudsman, in
writing, that the member has been so charged.
