CAPTAINS FLAT (ABATEMENT OF POLLUTION) AGREEMENT ACT 1975 No. 121 of 1975 - SECT 4

4. (1) Amounts payable to the Government of New South Wales in accordance with
the agreement referred to in section 3 may be paid, by way of financial
assistance to New South Wales, out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is
appropriated accordingly.

(2) Financial assistance under this section is granted upon the conditions
contained in the agreement referred to in section 3.
