CANNED FRUITS MARKETING ACT 1979 No. 160 of 1979 - SECT 7

7. Where, in respect of a season, there is an equalization market for the
purpose of the disposal of canned fruits of a particular kind or of particular
kinds, the Corporation shall, in respect of that season, set up and maintain a
separate account, to be known as an equalization pool, for canned fruits of
that kind or of each of those kinds that are disposed of by the Corporation in
the equalization market during that season.
