CANNED FRUITS MARKETING ACT 1979 No. 160 of 1979 - SECT 6

6. Where, in respect of a season, the Corporation is of the opinion that the
quantity of canned fruits of a particular kind or of each of two or more
particular kinds that will be available for disposal by the Corporation during
that season (whether acquired by the Corporation during that season or at an
earlier time) is likely to exceed the quantity of canned fruits of that kind,
or of each of those kinds, that will be sold for consumption in Australia
during that season, the Corporation shall, by notice in the Gazette, specify
the countries that are, together with Australia, to form the equalization
market in respect of that season for the purpose of the disposal of canned
fruits of that kind or of those kinds.
