CANNED FRUITS MARKETING ACT 1979 No. 160 of 1979 - SECT 46

46. Subject to section 63E of the Audit Act 1901 and to section 59 of this
Act, moneys of the Corporation may be applied only-

   (a)  in payment or discharge of the debts, expenses, charges, obligations
        and liabilities incurred or undertaken by the Corporation in or in
        connection with the performance of its functions, or the exercise of
        its powers, under this Act or a State Act;

   (b)  in payment of any remuneration or allowances, or reimbursement of
        expenses, payable under this Act; and

   (c)  in making any other payments that the Corporation is authorized or
        required to make under this Act or a State Act.
