CANNED FRUITS MARKETING ACT 1979 No. 160 of 1979 - SECT 42

42. (1) A person nominated by the Australian Canning Fruitgrowers' Association
for the purpose is entitled to attend any meeting of the Advisory Committee
for the purpose of advising or informing the Advisory Committee on any matter
and, to enable a person so nominated to be present at a meeting of the
Advisory Committee, the Chairman of the Advisory Committee shall ensure that
the person so nominated is given reasonable notice of each meeting of the
Advisory Committee.

(2) A person nominated by the Australian Canning Fruitgrowers' Association for
the purposes of sub-section (1) shall be paid such fees, allowances and
expenses as the Minister determines in respect of his attendance at a meeting
of the Advisory Committee.
