CANNED FRUITS MARKETING ACT 1979 No. 160 of 1979 - SECT 4

4. (1) There is established by this section a corporation by the name of the
Australian Canned Fruits Corporation.

(2) The Corporation-

   (a)  is a body corporate;

   (b)  shall have a common seal;

   (c)  may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and

   (d)  may sue or be sued in its corporate name.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial
notice of the common seal of the Corporation affixed to a document and shall
presume that it was duly affixed.
