CANNED FRUITS MARKETING ACT 1979 No. 160 of 1979 - SECT 34

34. (1) The Corporation may, with the approval of the Public Service Board,
engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to
the Corporation.

(2) The terms and conditions of the engagement of a person under sub-section
(1) are such as are, subject to the approval of the Public Service Board,
determined by the Corporation.
