CANNED FRUITS MARKETING ACT 1979 No. 160 of 1979 - SECT 32

32. (1) The Corporation may engage such employees as it thinks necessary for
the purposes of this Act.

(2) The terms and conditions of employment (other than in respect of matters
provided for by this Act) of persons engaged under this section are such as
are, subject to the approval of the Public Service Board, determined by the
Corporation.
