CANNED FRUITS MARKETING ACT 1979 No. 160 of 1979 - SECT 31

Indemnity

31. (1) A member is not personally liable for an act of the Corporation or of
the member acting as such.
(2) In this section, ''member'' includes an acting Chairman and a deputy of a
member.
