CANNED FRUITS MARKETING ACT 1979 No. 160 of 1979 - SECT 20

20. (1) In this section, ''canned fruits'' means canned fruits that have been
purchased by the Corporation.

(2) Subject to this section, the amount payable by the Corporation under
section 17 or 18 in respect of canned fruits is payable to the person entitled
to payment for the canned fruits in accordance with the contract of sale.

(3) An assignment of moneys payable by the Corporation under section 17 or 18
in respect of canned fruits is void as against the Corporation.
