CANNED FRUITS MARKETING ACT 1979 No. 160 of 1979 - SECT 12

12. For the purpose of the exercise of its powers under this Act, the
Corporation may enter into an agreement with a person providing for that
person to act as an agent of the Corporation in respect of the marketing of
canned fruits acquired by it under this Act.
