No. 160 of 1979 An Act relating to the marketing of certain canned fruits, and
for related purposes.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Canned Fruits Marketing Act 1979.*1*
