COUNCIL FOR ABORIGINAL RECONCILIATION ACT 1991 No. 127 of 1991 - SECT 29

29. (1) The Council may, by resolution, either generally or as otherwise
provided by the resolution, delegate all or any of its powers under this Act
to:

   (a)  a member; or

   (b)  a committee; or

   (c)  a person who holds, or performs the duties of, a Senior Executive
        Service office (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1922).

(2) A delegation of a power under subsection (1):

   (a)  may be revoked by resolution of the Council (whether or not
        constituted by the persons who constituted the Council at the time
        when the power was delegated); and

   (b)  continues in force notwithstanding a change in the membership of the
        Council.
