COUNCIL FOR ABORIGINAL RECONCILIATION ACT 1991 No. 127 of 1991 - SECT 27

27. Where information or other matter has been given to the Council or to a
committee on the condition that access to it is to be restricted, the members
of the Council or of the committee, as the case may be, must not disclose that
information or other matter except in accordance with that condition.
