COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYMENT SERVICE ACT 1978 No. 102 of 1978 - SECT 9
Directions by Minister
9. The Service shall perform its functions and exercise its powers in
accordance with any directions, not inconsistent with this Act, given to it by
the Minister.
