COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES' REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 No. 75 of 1988 - SECT 89

89. (1) The Commission may engage, under agreements in writing, persons having
suitable qualifications and experience to perform services as consultants to
the Commission.

(2) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons referred to in
subsection (1) are such as are from time to time determined by the Commission.
