COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES' REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 No. 75 of 1988 - SECT 59

59. (1) A relevant authority shall:

   (a)  on request by a claimant-give to the claimant any document held by the
        authority that relates to the claimant's claim; or

   (b)  on request by the Commonwealth-give to the Commonwealth any document
        held by the authority that relates to a claim under this Act.

(2) This section also applies in relation to the determination of a request
under section 25 and for that purpose:

   (a)  a reference to a claim shall be read as a reference to the request
        under that section; and

   (b)  a reference to the claimant shall be read as a reference to the person
        who made the request.
