COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES' REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 No. 75 of 1988 - SECT 42

42. In this Part:

   (a)  a reference to the loss of, or damage to, property used by an employee
        is a reference to the loss of, or damage to, that property in
        circumstances referred to in section 15;

   (b)  a reference to an employee is, if the employee has died, a reference
        to his or her legal personal representative; and

   (c)  a reference to a dependant of a deceased employee is, if the dependant
        has died, a reference to the dependant's legal personal
        representative.
