COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES' REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 No. 75 of 1988 - SECT 121

121. A notice in writing under paragraph (a), (b) or (c) of the definition
of "Commonwealth authority" in subsection 4 (1) or under subsection 5 (6), 26
(3), 30 (3), 57 (6), 101 (1) or 119 (7), paragraph 7 (1) (b), or subparagraph
5 (2) (c) (i) or (ii), is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of
section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
