COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES' REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 No. 75 of 1988 - SECT 12
Amounts of compensation
12. An amount of compensation payable under a provision of this Act in respect
of an injury is, unless the contrary intention appears, in addition to an
amount of compensation paid or payable under any other provision of this Act
in respect of that injury.
