COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES' REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 No. 75 of 1988 - SECT 109
Determinations to be in writing
109. (1) A determination under this Act shall be in writing.
(2) A determination shall be taken to be in writing if it is entered into, or
recorded with the use of, a computer.
