COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES' REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 No. 75 of 1988 - SECT 10

10. For the purposes of this Act, damages shall be taken to have been
recovered by an employee, or by or for the benefit of a dependant of a
deceased employee, when the amount of the damages was paid to or for the
benefit of the employee or dependant, as the case may be.
