Commonwealth Electoral Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 144 of 1983 - SECT 59

59. Section 77 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1) and
substituting the following sub-section:

''(1) In an election of Senators for a State or Territory the office of the
Australian Electoral Officer for that State or Territory shall be the place of
nomination for the election.''.
