Commonwealth Electoral Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 144 of 1983 - SECT 33

33. Section 50 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting ''Commonwealth'' and substituting ''Australian'';
and

         (b)  by omitting ''one year'' and substituting ''5 years''.
