Commonwealth Electoral Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 144 of 1983 - SECT 127

127. Section 177 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(3) ''any member of the Police Force of a State or Territory, or of the
Commonwealth,'' and substituting ''a member of the Australian Federal Police
or of the police force of a State or Territory''.
