COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES (REDEPLOYMENT AND RETIREMENT) ACT 1979 No. 52 of 1979 - SECT 2

2. (1) Section 20 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation upon a date
to be fixed by Proclamation.
