COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES (REDEPLOYMENT AND RETIREMENT) ACT 1979 No. 52 of 1979 - SECT 10

10. (1) Where a redeployment declaration is made under section 9 in respect of
an employee in a Department, the Permanent Head of the Department shall
furnish copies of the declaration to the employee and to the Public Service
Board.

(2) Where a redeployment declaration is made under section 9 in respect of an
employee of a prescribed Commonwealth authority, the prescribed
Commonwealth authority shall furnish copies of the declaration to the employee
and to the Public Service Board.

(3) Where a redeployment declaration is made by a Tribunal under sub-section
15 (6) in respect of an employee in a Department or of a prescribed
Commonwealth authority, the Tribunal shall cause copies of the declaration to
be furnished to the employee, to the Public Service Board and to the Permanent
Head of the Department or the prescribed Commonwealth authority, as the case
requires.
