COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES (REDEPLOYMENT AND RETIREMENT) ACT 1979

No. 52 of 1979 An Act to make provision with Respect to the Redeployment and
Retirement of Commonwealth Employees, and for related purposes.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and
Retirement) Act 1979.*1*
