COMMONWEALTH ELECTORAL AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 45 of 1992 - SECT 9
Certain gifts not to be received
9. Section 306 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph
(2B)(a) ", other than a registered industrial organisation" after
"unincorporated association".
