COMMONWEALTH ELECTORAL AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 45 of 1992 - SECT 15
Inspection and supply of copies of claims and returns
15. Section 320 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(5) "September in" and substituting "January in the year following".
