COMMONWEALTH ELECTORAL AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 35 of 1987 - SECT 39
Printing and publication of electoral advertisements, notices etc.
39. Section 328 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(5) "that is intended or calculated to affect the result of an election" and
substituting "that contains electoral matter".
