CLEAN ENERGY ACT 2011 (NO. 131, 2011) - SECT 50

                   If:

                     (a)  a person has made a quotation of the person's OTN to a natural gas supplier; and

                     (b)  the OTN is cancelled or surrendered;

the quotation is taken to have been withdrawn when the cancellation or surrender takes effect.
