CLEAN ENERGY ACT 2011 (NO. 131, 2011) - SECT 43A
Publication of list of OTNs that have been cancelled or surrendered(1) The Regulator must publish on its website a list of OTNs that have been cancelled or surrendered.
(2) If an OTN is on the list, the list must set out the time when the cancellation or surrender of the OTN takes effect.
