CLEAN ENERGY ACT 2011 (NO. 131, 2011) - SECT 214

                   An amount payable under section 212 or 213:

                     (a)  is a debt due to the Commonwealth; and

                     (b)  may be recovered by the Regulator, on behalf of the Commonwealth, by action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
