PART II-ESTABLISHMENT, FUNCTIONS AND POWERS OF CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
CENTRE
4. (1) There shall be an Authority by the name of the Curriculum Development
Centre.

(2) The Centre-

   (a)  is a body corporate;

   (b)  shall have a seal; and

   (c)  may sue or be sued in its corporate name.

(3) The seal of the Centre shall be kept in such custody as the Council
directs and shall not be used except as authorized by the Council.

(4) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial
notice of the seal of the Centre affixed to a document and shall presume that
it was duly affixed.
