CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 269
Notice of application for review
The Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 applies to an application under
section 263 for review of a decision as if the reference in subsection 29(11)
of that Act to the person who made the decision were a reference to each party
to a review by the SSAT (other than a party making the application under
section 263).
Note: Subsection 29(11) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
Act 1975 requires notice of an application to the AAT for review of a decision
to be given to the person who made the decision.
