CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 236
Offence--soliciting disclosure of protected information A person is guilty of an offence if:
- (a) the person solicits the disclosure
of * information from an * officer or another person; and
(b) the disclosure would be in contravention of this Part; and
(c) the first-mentioned person knows, or is reckless as to whether, the information is * protected information.
- Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
