CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 228
State/Territory law does not affect obligations to provide information under this Act (1) Nothing contained in any law of a State or a Territory operates to prevent a person from:
- (a) giving * information; or
(b) producing documents; or
(c) giving evidence;
(2) This section extends to:
- (a) acts, omissions, matters and things outside
Australia whether or not in a foreign country; and
(b) all persons irrespective of their nationality or citizenship.
