CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 199
Allocation of new child care assistance hours--1998 and 1999
(1) For the calendar year 1998, the total number of new child care assistance
hours available for allocation to * centre based long day care services is not
to exceed 1,008,000 per fortnight.
(2) For the calendar year 1999, the total number of new child care assistance
hours available for allocation to * centre based long day care services is not
to exceed 1,008,000 per fortnight.
